What is contract bottling?

Mountain Park Springs Bottling Company bottles 3 and 5 gallons bottles for independently owned distributors.  

The independently owned distributor makes delivery to the end user (home or office consumer).

How does contract bottling work?

  • As a distributor, your company retains its same identity and ownership.  
  • All we do is provide the bottle washing & filling service and cap. You own and control your bottles and labels.
  • We remain totally invisible to your customers.  Your customers continue contact you for their delivery needs. 
  • All the processing is performed in our state-of-the-art facility.

Is your Water Tested?

Our water undergoes rigorous quality testing to ensure you receive the highest quality water for your customers!
  • All water is processed through 5 micron, 1 micron-absolute filters, carbon filtration and then ozonated for purity and freshness.
  • All water is continuously monitored for TDS, pH, Ozone levels, color and turbidity.  
  • Each batch of water is tested for 2 classes of bacteria: HPC and Coliform.
  • Annually a full panel analysis is performed (and posted to this website for your reference and if your customer requests a copy)
  • Our facility operates under a HACCP food safety plan.
  • Our employees undergo rigorous training and testing.
  • Our facility is inspected semi-annually by the NCDA and bi-annually by the FDA.

What do I Need to get started?

  • To get started you need your own 5 gallon or 3 gallons bottles. 
  • All your bottles need to be labeled with your company information.
  • Transportation arrangements to deliver your empty bottles to us and then return transportation of your full bottles back to your facility.

What Does Mountain Park Provide?

  1. When your bottles arrive to our facility, we begin by a thorough inspection of each individual bottles for signs of contamination or leaking.
  2. Each bottle is loaded into our our state-of-art bottle washer where it is washed and sanitized; filled with Spring or Purified water, capped and lot encoded.
  3. Then each bottle is re-inspected for additional quality parameters before being loaded back on your vehicle.

What if I Need 16 or 20 ounce bottles?

Not a problem.  We work with several different "small package" bottlers and can provide you 16 or 20 ounce bottles of Spring, Purified or Distilled water through them.  In many cases, we can ship your small bottles to our warehouse and then send them to you on your trailer of 5 or 3 gallons bottles.
